  2. 578 Sherwood Rd Pty Ltd (ACN 602 954 423); 
  3. Mr Charles Nee; and 
  4. Mr Michael Fuller.  

For those investors who have taken their deposit/investment funds back, you may still have a claim against the above entities.

  1. invested in 578 Sherwood Rd Pty Ltd; 
  2. invested in real estate development projects in which Guardian Securities Limited is the financial service provider and/or is managing investment funds;

  4. been introduced by Mr Michael Fuller or Hotspotcentral to invest in real estate development projects.
