Belconnen buyers claim missing bedrooms in off-the-plan dispute

    Adero Law Principal Lawyer Andrew Chakrabarty has been quoted in The Canberra Times in relation to concerns raised by buyers over apartment contracts at The Markets Residences in Belconnen.

    Several buyers have approached Adero Law seeking advice regarding their contracts and potential rescission notices.
