Adero Law has filed a class action against Kmart Australia in the Federal Court, alleging employees were not paid their full entitlements under the General Retail Industry Award and the Fair Work Act.
The claim includes unpaid overtime, penalty rates, and allowances.
The proceeding is brought on behalf of current and former salaried employees and is estimated to potentially affect approximately 1,510 to 2,113 employees across Australia
