Eagers
Did you work for an Eagers or AHG dealership since 2020? Adero Law is investigating Eagers Automotive—the parent company of over 200 Australian dealerships—for failing to pay staff correctly. This investigation covers all subsidiaries, including Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) brands, regarding allegations of unpaid overtime, ‘offsetting’ of commissions, and failure to keep accurate employee records.
INVESTIGATION
Adero Law is investigating whether Eagers Automotive and its subsidiaries (including former AHG dealerships) have underpaid current and former employees since 2020.
The investigation focuses on allegations that Eagers failed to keep accurate time and attendance records, resulting in a failure to pay:
-
Overtime and penalty rates;
-
Allowances and leave loading; and
-
Entitlements owed under the Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award, Clerks — Private Sector Award and National Employment Standards.
This investigation covers all employees, including those on annual salaries or commission-based structures who ever worked more than their rostered hours.
