INVESTIGATION

Adero Law has been approached by numerous current and former employees of Seven Network who have reported concerns about Seven’s employment practices and have been unable to resolve their concerns internally with Seven. These concerns relate to potential: 

  • Underpayments 
  • Misclassification of roles 
  • Unpaid breaks 
  • Unpaid overtime

Adero Law will be investigating these by obtaining employee records from Seven, including actual recorded hours of work and taking instructions from clients to verify whether the supplied records are accurate and complete.  

This process usually takes 40–60 days and will provide current and former Seven employees an opportunity to confidentially raise any employment issues with Adero.
