Kellie Pledger is a key influencer in the origination and development of Adero’s class actions. With experience in industrial advocacy and workplace relations, Kellie endeavours to prevent the pain and expense that is traditionally associated with complicated employment matters by offering a sustainable resolution for affected workers. Whilst completing her bachelor’s degree, Kellie spent her nights working at one of Australia’s largest mines, which afforded her a unique understanding of the challenges faced by workers in the mining and resource sector. Located in Mackay and travelling extensively, Kellie is well placed to provide a tailored service to individuals in regional Australia.
