Group Member Eligibility

 

The Appco class action applies to a closed class which concerns individuals who have signed a litigation funding agreement with Harbour Fund III.  

 

In order to be a participant in the settlement, you must have:  

1. Signed the Harbour Litigation Funding Agreement;  
2. Entered into a retainer with Adero Law or Chamberlians Law Firm; and  
3. Otherwise have not opted out of the Settlement Proceedings or class action.  

Please note that if you do not satisfy the above criteria, you are not eligible to participate in the settlement process.
